Walmart Operations Specialist
We're looking for a talented Walmart Ops Specialist to manage and analyze operations. The Walmart Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing processes, driving operational goals and developing new strategies. A successful Walmart Operations Specialist keeps up-to-date with the latest industry best practices and works closely with creative and marketing teams to develop successful operational strategies.
Responsibilities
- Problem-solves for closing gaps between performance and goals.
- Analyzing statistics and developing and implementing processes for continual improvement
- Track and measure marketing outcomes, and performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Coordination of key Product Operation functions for communicating with other parts of the business
- Ability to capture & act quickly on emerging topics, trends, & responsiveness in the social environment
Skills
- 2+ years experience with Walmart Marketplace marketing
- Past experience in product management, project management and/or program management preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge and experience.
- Strong analytical capability; track record of digging into data and finding solutions for a variety of operational problems.
- Degree in Writing, Marketing, or related field
