Imagine you are drowningin what seems like an endless to-do list. At work you have meetings, emails andtasks, and at home you have errands, laundry, dishes. Take a second and flipyour mentality, you get to do all these things and they will benefit you in oneway or another.

Looking at the glass ofwater half-full or half-empty? Try looking at the glass completely full for abetter perspective. Technically the glass is always full - half of water andhalf of air, but still full. Applying this mindset can change how you tackleeveryday both inside and outside of work.

You are always learningand growing so you get to have the opportunity to take another look, changethat point of view. Everything is easier said than done, so how do you start?

This is the key tostarting a new outlook:

1.  Don’t just think of the positives, dive intoother’s points of views.

2. Use more “I am”statements.

3. Say “I get to”instead of “I have to”

4. Ask inside andoutside of your circle. You grow and learn when you’re uncomfortable

5. Repeat.

Soon enough your dayswill be brighter and you’ll feel better about your workload, time spent andoverall lifestyle. You get to change your perspective at any time, so go aheadand begin!
