Whether it’s trying toget better sleep, spending quality time with family or trying to take more deepbreaths, we all have something we want to improve upon.

But in the same way Romewasn't built in a day, a thriving business doesn’t grow overnight. It takesyears of constant enhancements, sacrifices, and right decisions. It takescontinuous self improvement.

Continuous selfimprovement is the ongoing improvement of products, services or processesthrough incremental and breakthrough advancements. This concept not onlyapplies to our personal goals but can even apply to our business goals as well!

James Clear, author ofthe no. 1 New York Times bestseller, Atomic habits, states: “If you get onepercent better each day for one year, you'll end up 37 times better by the timeyou're done.”

Imagine applying thisprinciple to your growing company, that's a 37% sales increase from the yearprior!

There are four essential steps involved incontinuous self improvement: Plan, Execute, Review and Identify.

Plan

How can I improve the current process? What doI want to happen and how will I achieve it?

Execute

Give it your best shot with your plannedchanges in mind

Review

How did it go?

Identify

Whatwent wrong and what went right? (You’ll often find that errors tend tocorrelate).

We can only take one day at a time, why notget 1% better while we’re at it?
